What you'll do
Architect and deploy end to end policy programs that align Spotify's strategic goals with the priorities of government institutions. Design and coordinate high level engagements, including briefings and forums, to introduce nuanced Spotify perspectives to legislators, regulators, and allied organizations. Map and synchronize cross functional teams across Spotify to ensure rapid, coherent, and unified responses to emerging policy topics and legislative timelines. Craft clear, evidence based narratives that translate intricate platform policies and business models into compelling and accessible stories for diverse stakeholders. Identify strategic inflection points where Spotify input can proactively shape upcoming policy discussions and regulatory considerations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to surface opportunities for timely and impactful engagement, ensuring Spotify's voice is present in key debates. Orchestrate content and creative concepts that demystify complex policy subjects while maintaining the integrity of Spotify's positions and data. Oversee program timelines to guarantee that key engagements occur at optimal points in the policy cycle, maximizing visibility and influence. Requirements
