What you'll do

• Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines that process high-volume datasets using distributed processing frameworks such as Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
• Develop and deploy quantitative models and statistical frameworks that enable robust experimentation, forecasting, and measurement of key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain data infrastructure standards to guarantee data quality, consistency, and seamless accessibility for analytical workflows across the company.
• Partner with product engineering, product management, and operations teams to convert intricate business requirements into scalable, production-ready data systems and insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests, causal analyses, and performance evaluations that generate measurable improvements in strategic metrics.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation layers for data systems to ensure reliability and enable real-time decision support for leadership.
• Optimize data processing workflows to reduce operational costs and improve system efficiency without compromising analytical rigor or data integrity.
• Mentor cross-functional team members on scalable data engineering techniques and rigorous analytical problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

• Bring a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience building production data pipelines and infrastructure at scale.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, and Hadoop.
• Show documented expertise in statistical methods, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Maintain a solid understanding of cloud services for data storage, processing, and orchestration to support resilient architectures.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or another closely related quantitative field.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a relentless focus on delivering business impact through reliable and maintainable systems.
