What you'll do

• Direct site logistics including work schedules, resource allocation, and project progress tracking to ensure timely completion of electrical work.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain high standards for jobsite cleanliness to foster a secure and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate daily field activities, resolve conflicts between internal teams and contractors, and manage site inventory to prevent delays.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including SWPP to meet legal and operational requirements.
• Manage construction assets such as rental equipment and trailers to optimize utilization and reduce downtime.
• Oversee procurement, gather contractor proposals, and manage budgets for specific sub-projects to control financial outcomes.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and report site status to management for transparent decision-making.
• Handle contractor badging and security protocols to safeguard sensitive facilities and information.
• Perform minor internal repairs as needed to address immediate issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Liaise with engineering and design teams to interpret electrical plans and ensure accurate implementation.
• Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary to align with overall construction objectives.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors to promote collaboration and resolve interdisciplinary challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to verify adherence to codes and project specifications.
• Support the development of long-term facility strategies to accommodate future growth and technological advancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate as the foundational educational requirement.
• 5+ years of professional construction industry experience, including managing contract labor and site employees.
• Valid California driver license necessary for local transportation and site access.
• Ability to work at heights of 200+ feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in extreme outdoor weather conditions.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, fumes, and odors inherent to construction activities.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends based on operational needs to meet project deadlines.
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices to effectively supervise installations.
• Proven capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical stamina to perform duties in challenging conditions over extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive worksite for all personnel.
• Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures without exception.
