About the role
About the role This position keeps parts flowing through the Starship production pipeline by tracking inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate system data. You will work directly with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to reduce internal logistics lead times and prevent workflow bottlenecks. Key facts

Engagement: Full-time, rotating shifts (day 6 AM - 6 PM or night 6 PM - 6 AM), overtime and weekends as needed What you'll do
Track and physically move parts through receiving, inspection, stockrooms, purchasing, and production areas to meet delivery timelines
Coordinate off-site processing activities to ensure parts return on schedule
Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production groups to keep MRP/ERP records clean and current
Identify and correct system data errors that cause faulty demand signals or scheduling problems
Build and maintain reports that highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal teams and customers
Work alongside production supervisors and managers to complete metrics-driven action items
Manage material certifications and block use of uncertified materials
Support return-to-stock actions and inventory purge activities
Create purchase requisitions for scheduled contract work
Maintain physical and electronic records for production tooling and calibration data
Assist production cells with work order management and productivity improvement projects Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency certificate - 1+ year of administrative experience
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted
Ability to stand for 8+ hours at a time
Flexibility to work any assigned shift, including overtime and weekends Nice to have - 3+ years supporting departmental administrative processes
Bachelor's degree
Strong MS Office proficiency
Experience organizing files and documents
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
Background in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
SQL and Tableau skills
