What you'll do
- Execute the comprehensive intake process for first-time visitors, ensuring they immediately comprehend the unique class structure and the distinct culture of [solidcore].
- Design and implement daily build routines that optimize the physical environment, meticulously arranging equipment and adjusting lighting to create the ideal atmosphere for every session.
- Engage in direct conversations with members and guests, actively promoting the studio and its offerings to drive sales and enhance overall visibility within the community.
- Establish and nurture partner connections with local businesses, introducing the [solidcore] brand to new neighborhoods and expanding our community footprint through strategic outreach.
- Curate seamless client pathways through the studio, guiding guests through a structured experience that includes a warm welcome, a focused main event, and a clear sense of closure.
- Facilitate regular review checkpoints, gathering feedback from both members and coaches to inform immediate adjustments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate ship activities, managing the flow of members between classes while preserving energy, clarity, and a calm environment that supports focus.
- Protect the [solidcore] brand as a non-negotiable duty, modeling patience, clarity, and consistency in every interaction to uphold the highest brand standards.
- Provide essential operational support to the Head Coach Community Manager, assisting with scheduling, communication, and maintaining a visible on-floor presence that reinforces studio protocols.
- Track intake metrics and member feedback diligently, using this data to suggest tweaks that improve conversion rates and overall visitor comfort through an analytical approach.
- Ensure the studio floor maintains a high-caliber environment at all times, setting the standard for cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between coaching staff and members, facilitating clear communication and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example in demonstrating exercises and movements, utilizing physical stamina to stand, move, and demonstrate activities for extended periods without rest.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all member information and internal team discussions, reinforcing a culture of trust and respect within the studio.
Requirements
- Hold three years of cumulative experience in fitness, hospitality, or other client-facing leadership roles that demonstrate your ability to manage teams and processes.
- Communicate clearly in spoken English, particularly within fast-moving, high-energy settings where clarity is essential for safety and client satisfaction.
- Possess the physical stamina to stand, move, and demonstrate activities for extended periods without rest, ensuring you can perform the duties of the role effectively.
- Exhibit reliability and discretion in all interactions, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining attentive to details that affect members and staff.
- Respect the confidentiality of all member information and internal team discussions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
