About the role
The [solidcore] Head Coach is the operational heartbeat of the local studio, owning the full delivery of the member journey from first contact to long-term retention. This role owns the design and execution of intake procedures that welcome new members and seamlessly integrate them into the established studio standards. You will construct class frameworks that transform the [solidcore] methodology into reliable, repeatable training sequences that members can trust. A core part of this position is driving high-level coach development by providing consistent, actionable feedback and being physically present to support the team during in-person new coach training sessions. You are required to instruct an average of thirteen classes every week while embodying the exceptional coaching qualities that set the benchmark for the entire team. The individual in this role analyzes session data to identify trends and adjust programming to optimize member outcomes and retention, ensuring the studio advances the broader company mission. This position requires troubleshooting operational challenges swiftly to minimize disruption to the member experience and uphold the integrity of the [solidcore] brand. - Maintain a visible presence in the studio during new coach training blocks to support hands-on practical skill development and immediate correction.

- Implement feedback loops that capture member insights and translate them into actionable improvements for class delivery and studio experience.
- Drive engagement by creating a studio culture that emphasizes accountability, support, and achievement for every participant.
- Support the strategic goals of the area manager by delivering measurable results in coaching quality, member satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of three years of experience teaching group exercise formats to diverse populations.
- Must demonstrate the capability to teach an average of thirteen classes within a standard seven-day period without compromising quality.
- Must prove skill in delivering clear feedback that enhances movement quality without causing cognitive overload for participants.
- Must show an ability to manage training workflows that effectively coordinate new coach onboarding and ongoing support systems.
- Must have a confirmed familiarity with [solidcore] specific movements, music timing, and class structure expectations.

Practical Information
