What you'll do
- Execute the complete class journey for members, embodying the highest level of [solidcore] coaching standards from warm-up to cooldown.
- Design and refine class structures that strictly adhere to [solidcore] methods while ensuring the workout remains accessible and effective for a diverse spectrum of members.
- Provide real-time, actionable feedback to peers and junior instructors during live classes to optimize form, timing, and overall energy in the studio.
- Mentor new coaches through comprehensive in-studio training sessions, meticulously walking through each drill and verifying their readiness before they lead a live class.
- Analyze detailed attendance patterns and actively solicit member feedback to inform data-driven adjustments to scheduling and class appeal.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives that authentically capture the unique culture, energy, and results-driven environment of the [solidcore] studio.
- Review session recordings and participate in live check-ins to identify specific opportunities for personal growth and continuous refinement of teaching practice.
- Serve as the primary role model for professionalism, arriving prepared, punctual, and fully ready for every assigned shift without exception.
- Observe instructor form with a keen eye for detail, providing clear guidance that enhances the performance and safety of the entire group.
- Ship a consistent and purposeful end to every workout by delivering summaries, challenges, and clear next steps that leave members feeling accomplished and connected.

- Act as the go-to resource for junior staff, offering support and guidance during new coach training to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements
