What you'll do

- Adapt guidance for every skill level present in each class to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness.
- Maintain group energy throughout the compact class duration, matching pace to participant capacity.
- Provide support and motivation to all participants during each session.
- Review real-time performance during sessions and note subtle shifts to tailor encouragement.
- Deliver clear post-session feedback that highlights effort and outlines simple next steps.

Requirements and Qualifications
All [solidcore] coaches must undergo our comprehensive training program. This training is a prerequisite for client interaction. Our training groups are small and highly selective. It allows for individualized support and tight-knit relationships. Training managers provide ample feedback and trackable goals. They are dedicated to the success of each trainee.
Please note that prior fitness teaching experience is not required. Fitness certification is also not a prerequisite. You must hold a high school graduation or equivalent documentation. You must be legally authorized to work within the United States for any employer.
You must commit to the specified 2025 schedule. This includes evenings and weekend shifts as needed. You must tolerate demanding physical effort. This includes standing and moving for entire class durations. You must accept rapid adaptation when instructions fail. Adjusting language and demonstration for varied learners is essential. Completion of the mandatory training program is required before handling clients independently.
