What you'll do
Maintain detailed event documentation that tracks logistics and budgets to ensure accuracy for review and compliance with internal standards.

Assist in the preparation of event proposals, ensuring that cost estimates, timelines, and resource needs are clearly communicated to leadership.
Support the onboarding of new vendors by collecting documentation, verifying credentials, and adding relevant contacts to internal systems.
Monitor inventory and equipment availability for events, coordinating with operations to secure missing items or arrange rentals when necessary.
Contribute to post-event debriefs by gathering feedback from guests and team members to identify improvements for future events.
Help coordinate member requests related to private events, ensuring responsiveness and attention to detail in high-priority situations.
Assist in tracking key performance indicators related to event execution, guest satisfaction, and vendor performance for team review.
Support special projects that may include research, data organization, and presentation materials used during planning sessions or client meetings.
Communicate regularly with the Private Events team to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and changes to event plans or schedules.
Demonstrate flexibility in shifting between tasks, including administrative work, guest interaction, and on-site support during event days.
Requirements
You are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree, which is a stated requirement for this role You are studying events management or a related field, with a degree as a stated requirement that must be confirmed during the application process.
You can commit to an unpaid internship for a minimum of 3 months, including availability for evenings and weekends when events require support.
Fluent English communication is required in both verbal and written forms to effectively handle client-facing tasks and professional documentation.
