What you'll do
A dedicated calendar tracks member introductions to ensure newcomers understand the House, its community, and facilities.
Detailed behaviour logs are maintained in Salesforce, documenting actions taken and providing a reference for future decisions.
House rules and community standards are upheld to preserve a consistent environment for all members.
Ongoing monitoring of member engagement and satisfaction helps identify churn risks in collaboration with Member Relations and Success Teams.
Concerns raised by members are addressed through feedback emails, with detailed Salesforce records and in-person or remote follow-up.
You are present on the floor during peak times to gather feedback and provide direct member support.
Consistent follow-up with Committee members secures applicant submissions ahead of Committee meetings via email and chat groups.
Membership applications are prepared ahead of approval, and proposers are contacted when information or meetings are missing.
Committee approval lists are prepared for review before each meeting, and Membership Committee meetings are attended.
Accurate and current member records are maintained across Salesforce and other systems, including behaviour and feedback.
Key metrics on satisfaction, event attendance, and retention are monitored to enable data-driven decisions.
Membership emails and member requests are managed, escalated when appropriate, and supported with operational follow-through.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong organisational and administrative skills are needed, with experience managing calendars and member records in Salesforce.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for professional interaction with diverse people.
Detail-oriented abilities are essential when preparing documents and recording behaviour or feedback.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset is required to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
A strong network and understanding of the creative industries enable effective engagement with members and applicants.
An interest in hospitality or private members' clubs is an advantage.
