Member Events Coordinator
Job description
About the role
This position supports member events execution at Soho House Mexico City with a focus on end to end logistics and on site oversight. You will own venue selection, room booking, menu review, seating layouts, and run of show materials in close partnership with the Member Events Manager. Digital platforms are used to upload member events for exposure while you manage incoming inquiries and attendee confirmations to maintain accurate records. You will collect partner information such as photos, bios, and event details to integrate into event materials and ensure a polished presentation. Contracts, receipts, and partner contact details are organized, stored, and kept current in record systems for audit and reference. You will oversee events on site and collect member feedback after each event to inform continuous improvements and future programming. Unconventional member experiences are conceived, including talent bookings for artist residencies and creative sessions that resonate with the House community. Proposals for DJ and band events are developed and presented to leadership and members to align with House standards. Collaborative meetings shape event implementation and inspire members, talent, and Soho House teams to deliver cohesive experiences. You will connect members to one another and create opportunities for members to host events, strengthening community ties within the House.
