What you'll do
Communicate red flags and positive feedback to management and the wider team to support continuous service improvements.
Provide dedicated support for fitness instructors and personal trainers, assisting with class setups and member handovers to enable smooth, uninterrupted sessions.

Requirements
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity in a busy, high-profile venue is required to ensure familiarity with premium service standards.
The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure must be consistently demonstrated.
Hospitable, approachable behavior and a passion for customer service, along with deep respect for colleagues and guests, are essential for success in this role.
Competency must be demonstrated as outlined in the training schedule and Club School materials.
Flexible availability for shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed, is a strict requirement.
Capacity to take direction and work effectively both within a team and autonomously must be shown in all scenarios.
