About the role
In this position, you will own the end to end guest journey across the Mews House Mayfair location, ensuring that every interaction reflects the Soho House & Co. standards of service and operational precision. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to coordinate House Membership experiences, aligning service delivery with brand expectations and consistency for every member. This role requires clear communication, structured thinking, and steady follow through, with an emphasis on maintaining calm and control during high volume, fast paced periods. Success in this position depends on your ability to work effectively with others, support your colleagues, and make the work of the team easy to review and build upon. You will be expected to take notes, keep commitments, and communicate in writing to support transparency and continuity. Your ownership will extend to identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates in collaboration with People & Development to secure the right fit for the team. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by managing staff rotas efficiently, controlling labour costs, and reducing unnecessary overtime without compromising guest satisfaction.

Requirements
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity is required to understand the demands of the role.
Thriving in fast paced, high volume environments is required to maintain calm through quick and effective problem solving under pressure.
Hospitable, approachable, and respectful behaviours toward guests and colleagues are mandatory at all times.
Demonstrated competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School must be shown through consistent performance and completion.
Flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed, must be available to meet operational requirements.
The ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and operate autonomously is required for effective execution of duties.

The role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
