You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service that define the club while fostering a positive environment for both staff and visitors. What you'll do
Cross-department workflows operate smoothly to maintain efficient, safe, and cohesive floor operations for members and guests.
Walk rounds at the start of each shift verify aesthetic standards across all members areas, with deficiencies communicated to departmental managers.
Shift handovers align at transition points to review arrivals, departures, and stay-over guests, ensuring continuity for special requirements and pertinent information.
Morning and evening management briefings are hosted and led to confirm attendance and communicate relevant operational information.
Recruitment activities identify talent needs, participate in interviews, and evaluate candidates with People & Development, preparing new team members to be polished, confident, and aligned with service standards.
You will monitor key performance indicators to assess service delivery and implement adjustments where necessary to meet targets.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is a core responsibility, requiring constant vigilance and immediate action when necessary.
You will manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all operational needs are met without interruption.
Handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy to resolve issues quickly and maintain the club's reputation.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will analyze operational data to forecast staffing requirements and optimize resource allocation during peak periods.
Maintaining detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and guest feedback to inform future decision-making processes.
Collaborating with events teams to ensure that private functions and gatherings run seamlessly from start to finish.
You will oversee the training schedules of department members to ensure coverage aligns with business demands.
Requirements
Candidates bring a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity within hospitality. The role requires quick, effective problem solving while thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments under pressure.
Candidates remain hospitable, approachable, and respectful toward colleagues and guests, with demonstrated passion for customer service and competency across the training schedule and Club School modules. Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.

The position involves weekly pay, team meals prepared by chefs during shifts, and access to every House Membership.
