What you'll do
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges, providing strategic HR guidance that aligns with SoFi's business goals.
- Develop and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance across various departments.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making, ensuring that HR initiatives are data-driven and aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate change management processes, helping teams navigate transitions effectively while maintaining productivity and morale.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent, ensuring that our hiring practices align with our diversity and inclusion goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance feedback, and conflict resolution to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks associated with employment practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on career development and workplace issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in change management and organizational development, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transitions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
