What you'll do

Requirements

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related field, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and experience in building predictive models.
• Excellent understanding of statistical methods and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Proven experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to present complex data insights effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry or fintech, with a solid understanding of financial products and services.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Previous experience in a managerial role, with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Contributions to open-source data science projects or publications in relevant journals.
