Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing credit risk policies and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to credit risk management.
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
