Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, strategy development, or a related area within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including familiarity with tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks relevant to consumer lending.
