- Conduct thorough evaluations of condominium properties to determine their suitability as collateral for loans, considering factors such as market conditions, property condition, and community regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate appraisal, underwriting, or a similar role, with a focus on condominium properties.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial documents and market data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and lending guidelines specific to condominium financing.
