Creative Technologist, Brand AI
Job description
About the role
You will partner with designers, writers, producers, strategists, and marketers to identify where AI can materially enhance creative quality, consistency, speed, and scale across Snowflake's brand and marketing work. You will rapidly turn emerging AI capabilities into tangible prototypes, tools, and experiences that creative teams can test and adopt in their daily practice. This role requires a low-ego builder who thrives in fast-moving, experimental environments and uses AI as a high-trust collaborator to accelerate impact. You will help redefine the future of how brand and creative work gets done, balancing human craft with machine efficiency to deliver more consistent and scalable outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner with designers, writers, producers, strategists, and marketers to pinpoint where AI improves creative quality, consistency, speed, or scale.
- Transform emerging AI capabilities into working prototypes, tools, and experiences that creative teams can evaluate and use immediately.
- Run rapid experiments with generative AI across visual design, writing, web, motion, video, brand management, and content-production workflows.
- Apply a strong creative and strategic lens to distinguish where AI adds real value and where human judgment and originality must stay central.
- Build clear demonstrations and proof-of-concept experiences that show teams what new technologies can enable.
- Design and assemble an expanding library of AI-enabled tools, utilities, templates, and workflows that serve real needs across Brand Marketing.
- Integrate creative platforms, content systems, AI models, and internal data using prototyping tools, APIs, automation platforms, low-code solutions, and custom code.
- Guide solutions across the complete creative workflow, not for isolated tasks, by accounting for people, systems, inputs, approvals, and downstream uses.
- Move promising prototypes from concept to reliable internal adoption by collaborating with engineering, IT, security, legal, and platform teams.
- Refine solutions based on feedback, observed usage, creative quality, and measurable improvements to team efficiency and output.
- Act as a hands-on creative technology partner across Brand Marketing, developing a deep understanding of each team's workflows and where shared solutions create broad value.
- Lead workshops, working sessions, demonstrations, and onboarding events that help teams confidently incorporate AI into their creative practices.
- Produce accessible resources such as playbooks, examples, templates, prompt patterns, and workflow documentation that lower the barrier to AI adoption.
- Translate technical concepts into language that creative and marketing teams can understand and act on with confidence.
- Build trust and drive adoption by involving end users throughout discovery, prototyping, and iteration to ensure solutions meet real needs.
- Help define how Snowflake's voice, visual identity, design principles, and brand standards are expressed within AI-enabled tools and workflows.
- Create practical methods for assessing the quality, originality, consistency, and brand alignment of AI-assisted work.
- Establish reusable patterns, guidance, and guardrails that let teams experiment responsibly without stifling creative exploration.
- Collaborate with brand, legal, privacy, security, and responsible-AI stakeholders to manage risk and define appropriate use.
- Identify cross-team patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and provide leadership with a clear view of what works and where to invest next.
- Evaluate emerging models, platforms, interfaces, and creative tools for their relevance to brand and marketing use cases and potential for scaling.
Requirements
You must have a strong background in creative technology, systems thinking, and hands-on technical skills related to AI and creative workflows.
