The Creator Acquisition Specialist role is critical to scaling our global network of photographers. With hypergrowth and a worldwide footprint, Snappr prioritizes expanding the quality and volume of partner photographers on our platform. In this position, you will manage the recruitment and onboarding journey for new creators. Your work will ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to final approval. The success you drive will directly power Snappr's expansion and our ability to serve consumers and enterprise clients worldwide.

This role is based in Metro Manila and is a full-time position with a compensation of 30,000 PHP monthly.

Responsibilities

You will map all intake sources and design touchpoints for creator profiles entering our system. This involves identifying where photographers originate and how they move through our funnel. Your designs will ensure these entry points are efficient and scalable.

You will design build steps that align reviewer expectations with partner delivery standards. This requires close coordination with internal teams to clarify requirements. Your workflows will define how visual content is prepared and assessed.

You will establish review gates that enforce clarity and consistency across all visual submissions. These gates will maintain the quality of the photographer network. You will ensure every submission meets our criteria before progression.

You will coordinate ship routines so content moves safely from validation to client access. This involves managing the transition from recruitment to active deployment. Your attention will prevent bottlenecks in the content pipeline.

You will forge partner pathways that link brand stories with verified creator capabilities. This means connecting the right photographers with the right opportunities. You will maintain the integrity of our marketplace while expanding our options.

You will optimize intake signals to balance volume, quality, and geographic coverage. This data-driven work will help us understand where to focus recruitment efforts. You will adjust our approach based on performance metrics.

You will guide review checklists to reduce ambiguity for distributed photography teams. Clear documentation will support collaboration across different regions. Your work will standardize expectations for all partners.

You will shape ship documentation that keeps partner teams informed without slowing velocity. This involves creating concise and useful operational materials. Your documentation will support efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

You must bring three years or more of experience in recruitment, account management, or sales. This background is essential for navigating complex partner journeys. You will work with stakeholders at multiple levels.

You must be comfortable operating in data-informed environments where decisions rely on clear metrics. You will use information to refine our intake processes. Your focus will be on measurable outcomes.

You must demonstrate fluency in handling creator information while maintaining strict privacy standards. You will manage sensitive data responsibly. Trust and security are central to this role.
