Photo Editing Associate
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end quality control of image edits submitted by our global network of photographers, ensuring every gallery meets our strict visual standards before they reach clients. You will partner closely with our community team to identify recurring issues in photographer submissions and help define clear guidelines that improve overall output quality. You will act as the final gatekeeper of visual excellence, reviewing each image for technical precision, aesthetic consistency, and brand alignment. You will use structured feedback loops to coach creators indirectly, turning your observations into actionable insights that elevate the entire photographer ecosystem. You will work with fast moving turnaround expectations, balancing high volume checks with a sharp eye for detail. You will collaborate daily with internal stakeholders to prioritize editing queues based on urgency, client impact, and operational goals. You will maintain documentation of edge cases and recurring defects to support product improvements and training resources. You will contribute to building scalable editing workflows that allow Snappr to grow without compromising on the premium quality our clients expect.
