What you'll do
Qualified sales opportunities are generated by booking meetings for Account Executives, directly supporting their pipeline targets.
A healthy pipeline of target accounts is built and managed through consistent prospecting activity and disciplined Salesforce hygiene.
Close collaboration with Account Executives establishes account strategies and prioritizes high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression.
Marketing campaigns, events, and content are leveraged with the Marketing team to support ongoing pipeline generation initiatives.
Prospect activity, engagement, and opportunity progression are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain exceptional data hygiene.
Monthly activity, meeting, and pipeline goals are consistently met and exceeded to drive predictable growth.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or another customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills enable the creation of compelling outreach and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
High resilience and motivation support sustained outbound prospecting within a high-growth sales environment.
A curious and coachable mindset drives continuous improvement and development of sales capabilities.
The ambition to grow into a quota-carrying Account Executive or other sales leadership role is demonstrated through action.
