Position Details and Location
This position is based in Vietnam and operates as a full-time engagement. The compensation package is set at 22,500,000 VND per month. The successful candidate will report to the People Team and contribute to critical hiring and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus is to translate hiring demand into actionable strategies that address current and future team needs. You will design sourcing patterns and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a steady flow of qualified individuals for key roles. This includes posting positions, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
A significant portion of the role involves leveraging various channels and tools to build a robust talent pipeline. You will utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Where appropriate, you will integrate AI-powered tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the recruitment process. Providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding is a core standard.
You will serve as a trusted People partner, offering day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers on policies and best practices. This includes supporting compliance with employment laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities encompass onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, HR operations, reporting, and engagement programs.
Continuous improvement is essential. You will analyze and refine People processes, systems, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Staying current with industry trends in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR technology is required to introduce new ideas and drive process enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary. The ideal candidate brings three years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a background in Game or Web3 environments being highly relevant.
You must demonstrate a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles. This requires a strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment branding. Success depends on excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Professional attributes include being highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is mandatory, along with experience in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance HR processes and operational efficiency.
A proactive approach to exploring automation options that streamline workflows and remove repetitive tasks is expected. Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, are non-negotiable.
