Responsibilities

You will manage estimating documents before coordinated field work begins. This phase relies on Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms.

You will conduct field assessments alongside architects, clients, and subcontractors. This ensures the accurate capture of project data.

You will create project sequences in collaboration with construction managers. This balances timelines and quality standards effectively.

You will utilize digital tools to keep workflow current with evolving construction management standards.

You will oversee installations while maintaining constant communication with property managers and brokers on site.

You will track budgets, schedules, and risks to keep low-risk projects moving toward completion.

Requirements

You must possess a minimum of three years of experience in commercial interiors or related sectors.
