Wonderful - Forward Deployed Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will act as a primary technical partner for enterprise clients, translating their complex operational needs into functional AI agent deployments. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discovery and system architecture to final production rollout and performance tuning. You will serve as the main point of contact for strategic technical decisions, ensuring that every solution aligns with client business objectives and long-term operational constraints. The position demands a balance between deep technical execution and consultative communication, where your expertise directly shapes the success of critical deployments. You will be responsible for turning ambiguous requirements into well-defined system behaviors while maintaining a sharp focus on reliability and scalability. This is a hands-on role where your code and design choices will be reflected directly in live enterprise environments. Success in this position will depend on your ability to bridge the gap between sophisticated AI capabilities and the practical realities of enterprise infrastructure.
