What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end journey of features, guiding them from initial brainstorming sessions through rigorous validation and final delivery to our users.
- Synthesize complex business requirements into clear technical specifications by partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
- Execute autonomous technical and product decisions, leveraging practical engineering judgment to solve problems efficiently.
- Architect, build, and maintain robust components that span the frontend, backend, and underlying infrastructure layers.
- Implement high-quality code using modern AI developer assistants to ensure code quality, security, and automation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Release updates to production frequently and iteratively refine features based on quantitative metrics and direct qualitative user feedback.
- Monitor application performance and reliability in production, taking ownership of observability and proactively addressing any emerging issues.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate abstract concepts into concrete, user-centered interfaces and experiences.
- Optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability for critical application workflows.
- Document technical decisions and architectural patterns to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability for the engineering team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency across the full stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data management responsibilities.

- Manage tasks with a high degree of independence, taking full ownership of your work from conception through deployment and maintenance.
