Founding Enterprise Sales Manager
Job description
About the role
Siftstack delivers observability infrastructure purpose-built for engineering teams that manage high-frequency telemetry in aerospace, defense, and robotics. The founding Enterprise Sales Manager will own the establishment of our European market presence and the execution of a scalable customer growth strategy from the ground up. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to penetrate demanding technical markets and convert early design discussions into long-term production deployments. You will build the playbook for selling into aerospace, defense, and robotics from first principles in the European context. This is a foundational leadership position that will directly shape the commercial trajectory of the company in regulated and high-assurance sectors.
