Siftstack is transforming the landscape of data infrastructure by building specialized telemetry platforms tailored for hardware engineering teams operating in high-stakes industries, including aerospace, satellite development, and autonomous vehicle manufacturing. We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives, manage complex technical sales cycles, and play a pivotal role in shaping our overarching go-to-market strategy. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary bridge between our product and the engineering organizations that rely on our technology to accelerate their development lifecycles and mission-critical operations.

What you'll do
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within high-growth engineering firms across the United States.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, guiding prospects from initial outreach and discovery calls through to final contract negotiation and signature.
- Collaborate closely with our Solutions Engineering and Product departments to facilitate technical evaluations and establish clear, measurable success criteria for potential clients.
- Successfully navigate the complex procurement, security compliance, and legal frameworks inherent to enterprise-level organizations and government-adjacent entities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing market feedback and sharing actionable insights with internal leadership to refine our product roadmap and positioning.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in pipeline reporting, ensuring that deal forecasting and CRM data remain current and reliable for executive review.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the specific value proposition of our telemetry platform for hardware-focused engineering teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering managers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize penetration within key target organizations.
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to represent the Siftstack brand and generate high-quality leads.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of professional experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
- Demonstrated background in selling sophisticated technical products, such as developer tools, cloud infrastructure platforms, or specialized engineering software.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, effectively communicating with architects, engineers, and technical leadership.
- A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets and sales quotas.
- High level of comfort and adaptability in an early-stage startup environment where processes are frequently evolving and require a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive storytelling and technical aptitude.
- Ability to travel domestically across the United States to attend customer meetings, industry events, and on-site technical evaluations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into the aerospace, defense, or robotics sectors.
- Familiarity with data telemetry, time-series databases, or hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.
- Experience building out sales playbooks or early-stage go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- A strong network of contacts within the hardware engineering and autonomous systems communities.
- Technical proficiency or educational background in engineering or computer science.

Practical notes
This position is based out of our Marina Del Rey office and requires a consistent onsite presence from Monday through Thursday. Candidates must be prepared for regular domestic travel to meet with customers, attend industry-specific events, and conduct on-site technical evaluations.
