What you'll do

As an associate, you will work within one of several teams to deliver an incredible experience to our customers every day. You will stand up to receive new inventory from clients and manage the entire process of storing that inventory and accepting it into our system. You will own communication regarding arrivals and any exceptions. You will pick and deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately, maintaining the flow of customer products and keeping the warehouse operational. You will perform the final touches before a customer receives their items, ensuring shipment quality and packing items correctly. You will work alongside the picking team to ensure orders are fulfilled perfectly and are responsible for all aspects related to those shipments. You will be asked to help in other areas outside your normal duties to ensure operations run efficiently. This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a way that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. You will follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

Requirements

You must be able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends as business needs require, and consistently arrive to work on time. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction. You must be able to stand and walk continuously during an 8 to 10-hour shift. You must be able to squat, bend, reach for objects at height, and push/pull frequently. You may be required to assist in other departments as needed. You must be willing to get your hands dirty to complete a task. You must be able to adapt quickly to changes. You must be extremely detail-oriented. You must be able to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities. You must be willing to carve a path within a growing emerging company.
