Workplace Services Site Lead
ServiceNow seeks a Workplace Services Site Lead in Kirkland to own the full workplace lifecycle for our offices. In this role, you will shape daily operations and the employee environment, ensuring spaces are safe, efficient, and consistently excellent. You translate business needs into actionable plans across facilities, events, and cross-functional partnerships.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with readiness for emergency response at any time. You will be a visible leader on site, responsible for upholding standards that drive consistency, safety, and confidence across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations
You oversee the day-to-day functionality of our offices, ensuring all building systems perform reliably. This includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, soft services, meeting room and event readiness, office supplies, and tenant amenities. You manage all landlord interactions and coordinate preventative maintenance through an EAM system. Using ServiceNow, you receive, review, and assign work orders, tracking progress to meet closure deadlines. You conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and functionality, addressing issues proactively. You also support minor repairs and general troubleshooting to maintain a reliable environment.
Client Relationship Management
You serve as a primary liaison for key stakeholders, providing clear updates and integrating their feedback into workplace decisions. You collaborate closely with Experience & Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of employee engagement initiatives. You act as a strategic partner to Real Estate, Planning & Design, and Security, aligning priorities to support business objectives. You build strong relationships with local leaders and internal teams, representing ServiceNow values and culture. Your focus on high-quality service ensures concerns are resolved and continuous improvement is pursued.
Workplace Experience & Employee Services
You maintain open communication channels with employees regarding on-site activities and services. You own the execution of on-site programs, including Food & Beverage, cafe operations, catering, breakroom management, and event coordination. You champion the employee experience by fostering engaged, inclusive communities. You plan and coordinate workplace events and meetings, ensuring every space is prepared and supportive of productivity.
Safety & Compliance
You are responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly workplace. You promote a clutter-free environment that adheres to safety protocols and cleanliness standards. You actively participate in the Emergency Response and Incident Management teams, supporting business continuity during disruptions. You help implement practices that sustain operational resilience in all unforeseen situations.
Vendor Management
You manage relationships with vendors including maintenance, HVAC, electrical, security, janitorial, and Food & Beverage partners. You solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables in partnership with Regional, Geo, and Global teams. You create and track purchase orders, monitor spend, administer contracts, and ensure quality service execution.
Budgeting and Cost Management
You own and manage the location's operating expense budget for local responsibilities. You track expenses against cost centers and provide regular financial updates to management. You manage allocated budget portions, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial accountability.
Qualifications
You bring 3-5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, operations, or customer-facing roles. You are proficient in using ServiceNow to manage requests, work assignments, and tracking. You have demonstrated success in vendor management, maintaining budgets, and driving high standards of cleanliness and safety. You excel at balancing competing priorities while working independently and within a team. Strong interpersonal skills enable you to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
For this role, we offer a base pay range of $104,400 to $172,300, along with equity (where applicable), variable or incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Specifics may vary based on qualifications, experience, and work location.
