This senior advisory role is pivotal in laying down a robust technical framework for clients utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in guiding internal teams, partners, and clients in crafting architectural solutions that promote the long-term sustainability of the platform and facilitate successful digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with executives, platform owners, and enterprise architects to design and implement effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Transform business objectives and technical specifications into detailed architectural designs that serve as blueprints for implementation.
• Provide strategic advice on technical governance, instance management, core data architecture, and integration standards to ensure best practices are followed.
• Monitor and enhance platform health by actively reducing technical debt and promoting industry-leading practices.
• Support the sales team by defining project scopes and estimating changes to existing orders, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders to ensure that ServiceNow's offerings align with their digital transformation goals.
• Share your expertise with the wider ServiceNow community, contributing to discussions on platform best practices and innovations.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a SaaS professional services environment, or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
• A solid background in management consulting and enterprise architecture, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the field.
• Proven experience in leading architectural design and implementation for large-scale programs, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud application technologies and various industry domains, enabling you to provide informed recommendations.
• A strong analytical mindset with the capability to dissect complex issues and drive them toward effective resolutions.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Norway, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integrating artificial intelligence into workflows, decision-making processes, or problem-solving strategies, including experience with AI-powered tools or the analysis of AI-driven insights.
• Previous experience in a role that involved direct interaction with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
