About the role
In this pivotal position, you will serve as the key technical liaison between ServiceNow and its diverse global and regional partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these partners to develop and expand AI-driven solutions, while also overseeing the technical strategies that contribute to business growth and success.

What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for executives and practice leaders within partner organizations.
- Develop collaborative business plans that align partner investments with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead initiatives for technical discovery, conduct solution demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept projects to showcase potential solutions.
- Provide expert advice on designing AI-first workflows, automation processes, and agent-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal specialists to ensure that technical messaging is consistent and that deal acceleration is achieved.
- Simplify complex platform features into repeatable and high-value offerings tailored to specific industries.
- Offer technical escalation support for critical opportunities that are led by partners, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep partners informed and competitive.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve the overall partner experience.
- Evaluate and refine technical strategies based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in pre-sales consulting, partner strategy, or technology advisory roles within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances, showcasing a strong understanding of these ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, particularly at the VP level and above, to drive strategic initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise platforms and workflow-based architectures, with a focus on their practical applications.
- Experience in at least one specific industry vertical, such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Public Sector, to provide relevant insights.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled use cases and automation patterns that can enhance business processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner and customer engagements, demonstrating commitment to relationship-building.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly with tools like Now Assist and AI Agents, is advantageous.
- A background in management consulting or strategy advisory can provide valuable insights into partner needs.
- Current certifications from ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are beneficial.
- Understanding of various partner routes to market, including Managed Service Providers (MSP), Resellers, and Build partners, can enhance strategic planning.

Practical notes
- The base salary for this position ranges from $134,250 to $221,550, complemented by equity and variable incentive compensation.
