About the role
You are the strategic owner of our global Account-Based Experience (ABX) program, designing and scaling the system that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue within our most critical enterprise accounts. This position offers significant autonomy to build a best-in-class engine that targets complex, high-value organizations worldwide. You will operate within a fast-paced, innovative team, turning data into precise campaigns that unlock revenue. The role requires deep expertise in account-based marketing, B2B SaaS and cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end ABX blueprint and ensuring that our most strategic accounts receive highly relevant, personalized experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. This position is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals and establishing a scalable framework for enterprise growth. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that every interaction reinforces our commitment to security, compliance, and operational excellence. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of some of the world's most critical organizations.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the end-to-end design and execution of a global Account-Based Experience (ABX) program that directly supports enterprise revenue objectives.
Develop and maintain scalable playbooks that define Tier 1 one-to-one, Tier 2 one-to-few, and Tier 3 one-to-many engagement strategies to ensure consistent program expansion.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management functions to construct detailed account profiles and synchronize revenue targets across teams.
Perform in-depth mapping of enterprise buying committees to enable multi-threaded engagement strategies that address the needs of IT, security, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Adapt global ABX frameworks with regional Field Marketing teams to ensure local relevance while respecting compliance requirements and regional buyer preferences.
Create industry-specific motions tailored to Financial Services, Healthcare, and Critical Infrastructure sectors, aligning messaging with distinct cybersecurity threat landscapes.
Design and execute hyper-targeted regional field events, executive roundtables, and custom account experiences to penetrate new accounts and accelerate late-stage opportunities.
Launch comprehensive, personalized ABX campaigns that support both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand strategies within existing strategic accounts.
Activate multi-channel digital and paid media initiatives that leverage account-specific pain points and intent signals to drive relevant engagement at scale.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop account-specific messaging, content, and demand generation assets that resonate with target accounts.
Analyze campaign performance using account insights, intent data, and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Manage the ABX technology stack, including platforms such as 6sense or DemandBase, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems and marketing objectives.
Streamline MQL-to-Sales handoffs, refine lead-to-account mapping, and uphold rigorous data hygiene standards to facilitate smooth transitions to SDR and BDR teams.
Champion customer-centric ABX programs that foster long-term advocacy, increase adoption, and improve renewal rates among tier-1 global accounts.
Monitor evolving ABX methodologies and cybersecurity buyer behaviors to proactively refine strategies and maximize impact across the enterprise portfolio.
Champion continuous experimentation and learning within the ABX ecosystem to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate underperforming initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Account-Based Marketing or high-growth B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
- A proven record of driving measurable business outcomes, such as pipeline growth and conversion improvements, through strategic ABX initiatives.
- Expert-level ability to manage and optimize an ABX technology stack, integrated with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Marketo.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret intent data and engagement metrics, translating findings into actionable, revenue-driving strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment where agility and results are essential.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, to align on shared objectives.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies, processes, and compliance standards in all marketing activities.
- Readiness to travel within assigned regions to support field marketing initiatives and account engagement activities as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
- Understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics and the ability to articulate security value to diverse stakeholders.
- Preparedness to work within structured governance frameworks to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Nice to have
Experience marketing to regulated sectors such as Critical Infrastructure, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at the C-level with Sales and Account Management.
Background managing or partnering with external creative agencies and media partners.
