- Develop and manage a strategic territory plan to identify and pursue new account opportunities effectively.
- Create and implement detailed account plans that focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the ServiceNow platform among potential clients in the policing sector.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer business requirements, existing technology stacks, and the competitive landscape to shape effective sales strategies.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to the successful closing of deals.
- Collaborate with the internal Account Management team to ensure a seamless transition for newly acquired accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective organizations to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and improve overall performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote ServiceNow's offerings and expand your professional network.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends to enhance our service offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role focused on technology solutions.
- A proven track record of successfully securing new business in areas such as IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing territory strategies, conducting sales planning, and accurately forecasting sales outcomes.
- Familiarity with integrating artificial intelligence concepts into sales processes and decision-making frameworks.
- A strong history of meeting or exceeding established sales quotas and performance targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet regional client needs and attend industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience in the public sector, particularly within law enforcement or policing organizations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's product suite and its applications in the policing domain.
- Previous involvement in developing and executing sales training programs for junior sales staff.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the policing sector.
