About the role
In this pivotal position, you will serve as a key advisor and operational collaborator to the Group Vice President of Product Delivery and Innovation. Your role will be to strategically extend the leadership's influence, ensuring seamless connections between teams within the Customer Experience Group (CEG) and the APEX organizations. Your efforts will be focused on fostering operational consistency and achieving significant business results.

What you'll do
- Offer data-driven insights and strategic advice to the GVP of Product Delivery and Innovation, aiding in high-level decision-making processes.
- Oversee the organizational operating rhythm, which includes quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning sessions, and evaluations of leadership performance.
- Organize and facilitate leadership team meetings by preparing agendas, monitoring action items, and ensuring that discussions are outcome-oriented.
- Create executive-level communications, presentations, and briefings for both internal meetings and updates for global stakeholders.
- Act as a representative for the GVP in cross-departmental meetings and alignment sessions with stakeholders, serving as their proxy.
- Spearhead critical and complex initiatives from their inception to completion, effectively translating ambiguity into actionable execution plans.
- Partner with departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Communications to ensure cohesive organizational alignment.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements
- A solid track record in a Chief of Staff or comparable role, supporting C-suite or VP-level executives in a global SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven experience in integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance problem-solving capabilities and decision-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models, including go-to-market strategies and customer success frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with product engineering teams to ensure alignment and success in project execution.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to navigate a complex, matrixed global organization while managing diverse cultural dynamics.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information and managing critical business situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Practical notes
- The salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $289,600 annually.
- The compensation package includes equity options, variable incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits program that features a 401(k) match, health insurance plans, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and family leave benefits.
