What you'll do

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress against these plans.
• Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and implement effective mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement by presenting project updates and outcomes to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones, deliverables, and team performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management, continuously seeking opportunities for process enhancements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovative ideas from team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with relevant certifications being a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana, to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing projects related to software development or IT infrastructure.
