About the role
Scopely is seeking a marketing leader to manage the Scrabble franchise, including Scrabble Go and an upcoming unannounced mobile game. You will define the go-to-market strategy for the new title while overseeing long-term growth for the existing franchise. In this role, you will act as the strategic architect of the portfolio's future, balancing innovation for the upcoming game with the optimization of established titles. You will translate high-level business objectives into cohesive marketing programs that resonate with diverse audiences. The position requires ownership of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from initial hypothesis to long-term franchise health. You will be responsible for ensuring that every campaign reinforces the core brand values of Scrabble while introducing fresh narratives. Ultimately, your work will drive sustainable engagement and position the franchise for long-term success in a competitive market.

Requirements
- Bring significant experience in game, product, or growth marketing with a demonstrated focus on live operational or launching titles.
- Show a proven track record of successfully bringing digital products to market and exceeding performance benchmarks.
- Create differentiated positioning and strategies that tangibly impact business results and market share.
- Demonstrate fluency in game and marketing KPIs, including LTV, CPI, retention curves, and engagement metrics.
- Exhibit experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners or agencies with professionalism.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly for stakeholder management, executive reporting, and board-level discussions.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, switching contexts with agility and precision.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and quality standards while maintaining a bias for action and ownership.
