What you'll do
Documentation for Talent and Compensation teams is created and maintained, supporting offer documentation and related materials.
Practical, timely, and business-focused legal guidance is delivered across multiple jurisdictions to inform leadership and operations.
Region-specific policies, handbooks, contracts, and procedures are developed and kept current.
Works councils, unions, and collective bargaining agreements are navigated with guidance across regions.
Regional legal developments are monitored, and policies and practices are adjusted proactively to maintain compliance.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. A law degree with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction is required.
In-office presence is required 2-3 days per week in Barcelona, with relocation available.
A minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in global employment law is required.
Proven success advising on complex, cross-border employment issues in a global, matrixed environment is required.
Collaboration and communication skills enable influence with senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinking combines with hands-on execution and a deep understanding of risk management.
Negotiation skills are applied with resilience when partnering with the business.
Fluency in English is required, with professional proficiency in Spanish required and fluency preferred.
Prior in-house and M&A experience is preferred.
Experience in the technology and/or games industry is a plus.
