Scopely Explore is seeking a marketing leader to direct the strategy and execution for Monster Hunter Now. You will manage a global team to drive user acquisition, community growth, and live events while ensuring consistent messaging across all international markets. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for one of our flagship live service titles, translating high-level creative concepts into executable playbooks. You will act as the central orchestrator between product, community, and commercial teams to synchronize narrative arcs with gameplay evolution. Your leadership will establish the brand voice that resonates with both veteran hunters and new audiences entering the franchise. - Architect the content roadmap for narrative-driven campaigns that support user journey milestones from install to long-term retention.
- Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with community managers to integrate grassroots insights into large-scale marketing initiatives and live events.
- Evaluate emerging platforms and media opportunities to keep Monster Hunter Now at the forefront of player conversations.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing professionals, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bring 14+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in product positioning, paid media strategy, agency management, and social media execution.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and external partners simultaneously.
- Show professional fluency in both English and Japanese, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations to senior leadership.
