What you'll do
- Create and maintain ETL pipelines to process data from ad networks, MMPs, and internal systems.
- Develop predictive LTV models to optimize UA campaigns and improve return on investment.
- Build AI-based systems to automate data inquiries and pipeline troubleshooting for efficiency.
- Implement marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing to measure true cross-channel impact.
- Collaborate with Finance and UA teams on forecasting and investment strategies to align resources.
- Manage data workflows for CRM channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Design scalable dashboards to support self-serve marketing analytics and reduce dependency requests.
- Utilize AI coding assistants and automated modeling tools to increase analysis speed and code quality.
- Establish data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reliability of marketing analytics outputs.
- Synthesize complex analytical findings into clear narratives for stakeholders with varying technical literacy.
- Partner with media teams to validate audience targeting strategies using first-party data insights.
- Lead experiments to test new marketing channels and quantify performance using statistical methods.
- Document methodologies and analytical frameworks to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer.
- Drive the adoption of data best practices across the marketing lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in data science or marketing analytics, ideally in gaming, mobile, or digital consumer sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python to manipulate data and build analytical models.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery and BI tools such as Looker for visualization.
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV to evaluate success.
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a cross-functional environment to drive alignment on goals.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated use of AI in professional data or marketing tasks to augment capabilities.
- Strong understanding of data structures and database design to support scalable solutions.
- Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to mentor junior analysts and share expertise to elevate the team's overall capability.
