Join our Global Public Sector team to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence within government institutions. You will lead business development efforts and design go-to-market strategies to secure major partnerships across Qatar. What you'll do
Partner with leadership, product, and legal teams to execute market entry strategies in Qatar.
Identify and scope high-impact AI solutions for public sector challenges using structured discovery methods.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing with attention to compliance requirements.
Build and maintain long-term advisory relationships with senior government decision-makers through consistent engagement.
Create technical demos using tools such as Replit or Lovable to illustrate AI capabilities in practical scenarios.
Develop financial models, pitch decks, and proposals to quantify the value of AI deployments for public budgets.
Facilitate AI workshops and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using clear and accessible language.
Conduct competitive analysis to position AI solutions against existing government workflows and alternative vendors.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Leverage data and feedback from pilot programs to refine messaging and improve solution fit for public sector clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public sector consulting or sales with demonstrated understanding of government operations.
- Proven track record of closing deals ranging from $500K to $5M+ for complex solutions in regulated environments.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic to effectively communicate with local stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience selling AI-focused products or services to enterprise or government buyers with clear use cases.
- Ability to build go-to-market strategies for growth that account for cultural, legal, and operational nuances.
- Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to formulate solutions that meet diverse requirements.
- Skill in creating and presenting executive-level documentation that aligns with formal procurement standards.
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive information and navigating multi-layered decision-making processes.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required to support client engagements and stakeholder meetings.
