AI Product Manager
Job description
About the role
In this early-career AI Product Manager role at Scale AI, you will own the strategy and execution for data verticals that power multimodal, coding, agentic, and reinforcement learning models. You will transition from contributor to full product manager by taking ownership of product discovery, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment within the Multimodal & Coding AI Data team. You will act as the primary liaison between engineering, research, and business stakeholders to ensure data products meet both customer needs and technical feasibility. This position requires a bias for action, where you will drive decisions based on data quality analysis, market research, and direct customer feedback. You will manage program milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure deliverables align with customer commitments and internal objectives. Over time, you will gain deep expertise in frontier AI models and agent systems, gradually expanding your influence on product strategy and long-term vision. You will contribute to building new evaluation workflows, tooling, and data products that define industry standards for AI training and validation. This role is designed for a high-ownership individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and execution.
