Talent Acquisition Partner
Job description
About the role
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Satispay by securing the strategic talent necessary to drive our governance, legal, compliance, finance, and human resources functions forward. You will own the full lifecycle for some of our most complex and critical positions, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board. Your work will directly influence the company's trajectory by attracting individuals who can navigate highly regulated environments with integrity and foresight. You will not simply fill requisitions; you will build robust talent pipelines for roles that are often hard to define and even harder to fill. This position demands a proactive mindset, where you anticipate future hiring needs and solve problems before they become roadblocks. Ultimately, you will be the guardian of our hiring quality and velocity at the highest levels of the organization.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives within and beyond the Talent Acquisition team, taking ownership of internal projects while making meaningful contributions to larger, enterprise-level programs.
- Serve as a primary brand ambassador for Satispay, representing our mission and values with confidence and professionalism at industry conferences, talent forums, and public events.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data and market compensation trends to inform strategic hiring decisions, ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

- Show deep knowledge of the regulated or FinTech talent landscape, particularly concerning compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and financial regulation, or the ability to rapidly map and understand such niche markets.
- Master the art of passive candidate sourcing, utilizing a diverse toolkit beyond basic LinkedIn searches to build long-term relationships with individuals who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
- Exhibit expertise in offer management and negotiation, having independently handled compensation discussions, counter-offers, and complex negotiations to a successful conclusion.
- Demonstrate excellence in stakeholder management at the senior executive level, maintaining firm control over timelines and quality while navigating demanding and complex relationships.
