About the role
You own the full Sales and Customer Operations cycle, making strategic hiring choices that move the business forward. Curating people pipelines and protecting data accuracy, you drive revenue through precise team support. Daily problem solving with hiring managers turns complex needs into clear, actionable talent strategies.

What you'll do
Design sourcing maps that reveal passive talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
Chart candidate flow by updating Ashby with precise pipeline stages and communication details every day.
Coordinate interview plans with hiring managers while managing expectations and answering daily operational questions.
Generate insightful reports from ATS data to track conversion, time to hire, and acceptance trends.
Guard data integrity by maintaining clean candidate records and pipeline information without prompting.
Run interviews in English, ensuring clarity with native speakers while assessing fit for Sales and Customer Operations roles.
Build proactive outreach campaigns that fill roles in high-volume environments with demonstrable results.
Uphold quality standards by tracking funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance with zero tolerance for errors.
Master Google Suite, project management tools, and AI instruments like Gemini or Claude to support hiring workflows.
Champion stakeholder relationships by handling demand, questions, and routine updates for hiring teams.
Requirements
You possess one to two years of in-house or agency recruiting output in fast-paced settings with clear metrics.
You understand what makes Sales and Customer Operations hires succeed and can assess capability accurately.
You use LinkedIn Recruiter to actively source candidates through multiple channels and independent lead generation.
You manage end-to-end candidate flow inside any Applicant Tracking System with confidence and autonomy.
You analyze core Talent metrics such as funnel movement, hiring speed, and acceptance rates without assistance.
You have experience collaborating with hiring managers and handling recurring questions about recruiting activity.
You operate in Italian written and spoken form as your primary recruiting language during the first year.
You communicate effectively in English, comprehending native speakers during interviews and interactions.
You understand how Talent activities influence revenue and growth beyond simple headcount counting.
You maintain meticulous data discipline, keeping pipeline, statuses, and notes accurate at all times.
You handle Google Suite, including Sheets and Slides, and are comfortable testing AI tools for hiring support.

Experience in high-volume environments where speed and accuracy are essential.

Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term
Salary: €28,000.00 - €32,000.00 gross per annum.
This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
