Requirements

• Bring at least 7 years of related experience in back-end software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and maintaining microservices in high-paced environments.
• Demonstrate the ability to build high-throughput systems capable of serving millions of users with high availability and consistent performance.
• Show deep experience working with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms, where AWS knowledge is considered a valuable asset.
• Communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust professionally with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish cross-organizational relationships to achieve technical alignment and ensure that engineering initiatives support broader business objectives.
• Generate intellectual property and thought leadership by identifying emerging technology trends and serving as a technical reference for your peers.
• Be fluent in English, both written and verbal, to enable clear communication and collaboration within an international team.
