About the role
You will own the end-to-end management of the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact strategic initiatives that define the future of Satispay. You will act as the primary driver for transformational programs, navigating significant uncertainty to deliver exceptional outcomes against ambitious business objectives. This role requires a rare blend of strategic depth, operational rigor, and leadership to chart a clear path forward when the landscape is unclear. You will serve as the central point of integration, aligning cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders around a shared vision and coherent execution plan. Your work will directly shape the strategic direction of the company, ensuring that major initiatives translate into tangible value for users and the business. You will champion a user-first methodology, embedding best practices and new frameworks into the organizational DNA to elevate the standard of strategic execution. Ultimately, you will be a thought partner to leadership, providing the analysis, insight, and governance necessary to make decisive, high-stakes choices.

- Provide mentorship and support to other team members, elevating the collective capability of the group even in the absence of direct hierarchical authority.
- Influence the broader team and departmental culture by promoting high-performance standards, balancing swift action with thorough analysis, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Play a strategic role in organizational resource optimization, designing and implementing systems and processes that maximize the efficient use of time, capital, and talent.
- Define and manage the critical path for complex initiatives, identifying systemic risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining rigorous accountability for outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous strategic problems into clear narratives and decision criteria, enabling leadership to make confident, evidence-based choices.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's strategic priorities, ensuring all projects and programs directly support overarching business goals.
- Leverage best practices in transformation management to guide teams through change, anticipate pitfalls, and drive successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Synthesize input from diverse perspectives, integrating technical, commercial, and user-centric viewpoints into coherent, actionable strategies.
- Act as the primary owner for specific strategic areas, driving alignment and execution across the organization to deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, combined with 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments.
- Bring a strong track record of leading product and technology-led initiatives while effectively partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Demonstrate extensive experience owning large-scale, cross-functional projects characterized by high uncertainty and significant ambiguity.
- Show proven ability in setting governance, defining operating cadence, driving accountability across multiple teams, and managing the critical path and systemic risks.
- Exhibit strategic judgment in ambiguous contexts, including the independent framing of complex problems and the definition of strategic narratives and decision criteria.
- Possess outstanding executive influence, evidenced by crisp storytelling and decision-ready outputs that shape alignment in contentious discussions.
- Have a demonstrated history of using analysis and insight to drive executive-level trade-offs that result in measurable business outcomes.
- Display deep expertise in one or more domains of transformation, enabling the anticipation of pitfalls and the design of scalable approaches for execution and change management.
