About the role
You will own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Corporate Welfare solutions across your assigned northern territory, acting as the primary growth engine for new business and expansion. What you'll do
- Architect and execute a proactive outbound sales strategy focused on acquiring new corporate clients and unlocking upselling opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Lead end-to-end management of the sales pipeline through high-volume, data-driven outbound prospecting activities such as cold outreach and customized LinkedIn engagement sequences.
- Serve as the sole owner of a defined regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer clients with workforces reaching up to 3,000 employees.
