You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the entire Merchant and Business domain at Satispay, shaping the future of how businesses interact with our platform. You will lead a team of specialized business domain Product Managers while remaining deeply hands-on in execution and tactical delivery. What you'll do
- Define and own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our merchant acquiring, in-store acceptance, and business financial services, from discovery through launch and optimization.

Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in Banking, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Card Acceptance, or similar domains within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech environments. You are comfortable managing people or leading highly complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span both organizational and technical boundaries. You have a strong business sense and commercial acumen, understanding how to leverage product experiences to drive monetization, acquisition, and engagement. Your eye for detail is sharp, and you maintain high standards for UX, UI, copy, and operational excellence. You are deeply data-driven, with experience using advanced data platforms to track metrics and turn raw data into strategic growth insights. You are AI-fluent and capable of integrating AI tools into your daily workflows to accelerate product operations and research synthesis. You thrive in complexity and are able to raise quality benchmarks while navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
