We are currently seeking a professional to manage the complete lifecycle of privacy products within our research division. This role involves end-to-end ownership, driving initiatives from initial concept through deployment. Success requires close collaboration with research and engineering teams to translate innovative concepts into scalable solutions. The position is based in a dynamic office environment in Mountain View, California, operating full time. The targeted compensation for this role is $143,250.00 on an annual basis.

Core Responsibilities

The professional in this role will design and construct intake mechanisms that standardize diverse signals for privacy-focused analysis. You will develop and adapt modeling strategies that align precisely with established product roadmaps and specific partner limitations. A critical function involves coordinating comprehensive reviews with relevant stakeholders to verify logic and assumptions prior to any production release. You will be responsible for deploying high-quality components that integrate seamlessly with existing SRA infrastructure and platforms.

Building and nurturing strategic partnerships will be essential to expand the reach and impact of our data products for both internal collaborators and external clients. You will architect and refine experimentation frameworks that rigorously measure product quality and tangible user impact over extended periods. Maintaining clear and precise documentation is a key duty, ensuring future teams can fully understand decisions and reliably reproduce results. You will champion robust best practices that promote reliability and long-term maintainability across all project teams.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline or demonstrate equivalent practical experience through a professional track record. Mastery of Python is a mandatory requirement for the implementation of analysis workflows and supporting tooling. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience managing data science or analytical workflows is expected. A deep, functional understanding of privacy principles is non-negotiable, including expertise in de-identification techniques and formal risk assessment methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with formal privacy-preserving methodologies and structured disclosure control mechanisms is highly valued. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to data protection is considered a significant advantage.
